Frequently Asked Question

Unlock the password locked (greyed out) Control Center please do the following:

Save the program http://www.eset.hk/unlock.exe to your hard disk.
Locate unlock.exe on your hard disk and run it (double-click on the file icon) - a new window pops up on your screen


• Copy & paste the ID that is displayed in the window to an e-mail to our support@nod32.com.sgproperly and send it together with your ESET NOD32 username and password that has been sent to you (for verification).
• Click on the "Quit" button
• Wait for the CODE that will be sent to you in an e-mail
• When you get the e-mail with CODE, run the program unlock.exe again
• Copy & paste the CODE provided in the mentioned e-mail to the "CODE:" area properly (please do not enter any spaces and any other characters)


• Click on the "Unlock" button
• Click on the "Quit" button
• Your ESET NOD32 Control Center should be unlocked now.
